Employee Volunteerism

At Bharat Forge, every individual in our organization believes in giving back, not just in monetary terms but also by serving the communities.

Our Departmental CSR - An intent of making a difference. At Bharat Forge, the intent of making a difference is embedded within every individual at every level.

Our unique inter-departmental CSR initiatives aims at giving it back to the society wherein efforts are taken across departments to serve the needs of the society in a structured way. Every department has selected a CSR project to which they dedicate a day in the week to serve.

The assessment of their project is done by the external assessor, who guides and suggest them with the necessary inputs. Participants are also awarded with an appreciation letter from the management. This is a voluntary commitment which the employees feel really proud and satisfied for as it is an unique opportunity for them to work on various social issues.
