What is Human Engineering?

Problem Diagnosis

Great solutions come from great understanding of problems. Thus all our initiatives start by having conversations with villagers and local leaders. We live with them, make dialogues and find the root cause of their problems.
Acceptance to Change

We make sure that our beneficiaries are ready to accept and utilize the projects after the handover. This ensures efficiency, self-sustainability and adequate maintenance.
Progress Propagation

When people benefit from our initiatives they talk about it. This gives us more opportunities to undertake projects in different villages for the benefit of more people.
Leadership Training

Apart from the initiatives we also focus on making the local leaders stronger. We train them in leadership skills, communication and problem solving. As a result our villages become more independent, informed and self-reliant.

Latest on our CSR activities

Bharat Forge actively participated in the "North East CSR Connect 2024: Unlocking Potential," hosted by the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) on July 3rd and 4th in New Delhi. Bharat Forge led the NGO Pitching Session at the event, uniting government officials, NGOs, and corporates to focus on North East India's development through CSR initiatives.

We organized “Clean and Beautiful Village Competition” (स्वच्छ सुंदर गाव स्पर्धा ) in the Satara district where we are working in the villages for their development. A total of 21 villages participated, showcasing their incredible efforts to create cleaner and more beautiful village.

We have been awarded the prestigious IGBC Green Village rating. Throughout the assessment process by IGBC (Indian Green Building Council) , 32 indicators across seven modules were meticulously evaluated. From water conservation to village infrastructure, health, and hygiene, each aspect played a crucial role.

Through our application of knowledge, research and expertise, we are not just constantly improving how we conduct CSR but also setting greater goals with every initiative – fulfilling our mission of reimagining ‘responsibility’ in Corporate Social Responsibility.
