	HEAT TREATMENT & PROCESSING
	Our in-house Heat Treat Capabilities enhance the total control over the manufacture of quality forgings. The facility is capable of most of the required operations for our in house production, and has performed various requirements for specific heat treat needs for our customer base and specific industry requirements. The Bharat Forge Heat Treatment facility includes Bogie Hearth furnaces, as well as twenty 800 kg. Batch and various Continuous Furnace Lines, The Finishing Shop has Shot Blasting Machines, Coining and Painting facilities. The Heat Treatment facilities at Bharat Forge also include control cooling for micro-alloyed steels.


	4 Ton per hour continuous Quench and Temper Automated line with polymer quenchant. 3 Ton per hour continuous Quench and Temper Automated line with polymer and water quenchant. Two 1 Ton per hour continuous Quench and Temper Automated line with polymer and oil quenchants. One 500 kg per hour and one 1000 kg per hour isothermal annealing line. Electrically heated solution annealing and ageing furnace for Aluminium heat treatment. One 500 kg Sealed Quench furnace with controlled atmosphere. One Pit Type furnace with vertical loading facility with controlled atmosphere. Six Bogie type furnaces having capacity 6 ton per batch with Oil and water quenching facility. Nitriding furnace for die heat treatment. 20 batch furnaces of 800 kg capacity / each with polymer and oil quenching facility.
